Looked everywhere on the tank. There is no proof of purchase, UPS or anything that could be sent on for this rebate. As a matter of fact, the tank says “do not remove this label” If I send it in without this, I”m sure they will return it. Typical! Anyone knows where I can find this?
coupon (or blue rhino site) says some tanks have no proof of purchase but they will honer rebate.
